Romans 8:38-39
Why Are You Not Persuaded?

re you convinced… or are you persuaded?

In Romans 8:38–39, Paul does not say, “I think God loves me.” He says, “For I am persuaded.” That means Paul had moved beyond needing God to keep proving Himself. He was settled. Established. Fully convinced in a way that changed how he lived.

In this message, Pastor Josh Gaines asks a piercing question:

Why are you not persuaded?

Many believers can shout, praise, worship, and say the right words, but still live like God must keep convincing them that He loves them, that He is faithful, and that He is who He said He is. But Romans 8 teaches us that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This message will challenge you to move from needing to be convinced to becoming fully persuaded.
